Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Sonsuz Vize (the "App") handles information when you use the iOS application and related support channels.
1) Who We Are
Sonsuz Vize is a single-player mobile game published by Baha Baris Ercan.
Support channel:
2) Scope
This policy covers:
- data processed in the iOS app,
- advertising and analytics technologies used in the app,
- consent and privacy choice flows,
- information you provide through the support form.
The app does not require account registration or login for core gameplay.
3) Information We Process
3.1 Local game data (stored on your device)
To provide gameplay and save progress, the app stores local data such as:
- game progress and run state,
- in-game stats,
- local settings/preferences.
3.2 Analytics data (Firebase Analytics)
We use Firebase Analytics to understand product quality, gameplay balance, and stability. Depending on consent and platform settings, analytics signals may include:
- gameplay and feature usage events,
- app version and device/OS signals,
- performance and measurement signals.
The app also records consent-state telemetry for compliance and diagnostics, including:
ump_consent_state(consent_status,can_request_ads,privacy_options_required,source)att_authorization(att_status,source)
3.3 Advertising data (Google AdMob)
We use Google AdMob for interstitial and optional rewarded ads. Ad-related processing may include:
- advertising identifiers and device signals,
- IP address and network signals,
- ad impression/click/measurement events,
- fraud prevention and ad safety signals.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on consent, ATT status, and legal requirements.
3.4 Consent and eligibility data (Google UMP)
We use Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to collect and manage consent where required.
UMP provides signals used by the app to determine ad request eligibility under current consent conditions.
3.5 Support request information
If you contact us through the support form, we process the information you submit (for example, contact details and message content) only to respond to your request and maintain support operations.
3.6 Data we do not intentionally require for core gameplay
The app does not require the following for core gameplay:
- account credentials,
- contacts,
- camera or microphone content,
- precise GPS location.
4) Why We Process Data
We process data to:
- provide and maintain game functionality,
- save and restore progress,
- improve quality and reliability,
- deliver and measure advertising,
- detect/prevent abuse and invalid traffic,
- comply with legal obligations.
5) EEA/UK/CH Consent (UMP)
Where required by law (including EEA, UK, and Switzerland scenarios), the app uses UMP consent flow.
Key points:
- Consent is requested and updated through UMP.
- If UMP indicates privacy options are required, the app shows an in-app entry point in Settings ("Privacy Options") so users can revisit and change choices.
- Ad request eligibility is tied to current consent state. In technical terms, this is represented by the eligibility signal used by the app (for example,
canRequestAds). - If eligibility is false, the app does not request ads in that state.
6) iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
ATT controls cross-app tracking authorization on iOS.
- If ATT is denied, core gameplay remains available.
- ATT status can affect ad personalization/measurement scope.
- ATT settings can be changed at:
Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking
ATT denial does not always mean "no ads". Depending on consent and policy conditions, non-personalized ads may still be served.
7) Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on jurisdiction and processing purpose, legal bases may include:
- consent,
- legitimate interests (for service quality, safety, anti-abuse, and essential measurement),
- compliance with legal obligations.
For EEA/UK/CH users, consent-dependent advertising processing follows UMP consent state and applicable law.
8) Third-Party Services
We use third-party services including:
- Google Firebase Analytics,
- Google AdMob,
- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP),
- Apple SKAdNetwork.
These services may act as independent controllers/processors under their own policies.

9) International Transfers
Because third-party infrastructure may be global, data may be processed outside your country. Service providers apply transfer mechanisms and safeguards according to applicable law.
10) Data Retention
- Local game data remains on your device until you delete it.
- Analytics and ad-related records are retained according to provider retention settings and legal/compliance requirements.
- Support records are retained only as needed for support, security, and legal obligations.
11) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including platform-level protections and encrypted transport (TLS/HTTPS) where applicable.
No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
12) Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children as part of core app operation.
13) Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as:
- access,
- correction,
- deletion,
- restriction/objection,
- withdrawal of consent,
- portability (where applicable).
You can also manage privacy through:
- in-app Privacy Options (when required by region/legal status),
- iOS ATT settings,
- local data deletion from app settings.
14) How to Delete Data
You can remove local game data by:
